Weather Protection Covers for Fire Features & Concrete Furniture

A weather protection cover is the cheapest insurance for outdoor furniture: it keeps rain, leaves and bird droppings off the surface and stops moisture from working its way into the burner zone or the sealant over winter. If your fire feature or concrete furniture stays outside all year, a cover measurably extends its service life.

The covers are cut to fit each model, made from weatherproof, breathable fabric and secured with a drawcord so they stay in place even in wind.

Why covering is about more than tidiness

Concrete is weather-resistant, but not indestructible. If water stands on the surface for long periods, or seeps into joints and sealing edges, frost damage can occur in winter – and in summer, standing moisture together with leaves leaves behind stains that are hard to remove. A cover prevents exactly that state: the material stays dry, the sealant lasts longer, and at the start of the season a quick wipe is enough instead of a deep clean. On gas fire features it also protects the burner unit and ignition.
