Shipping Conditions:

Delivery
Depending on the size and weight of your order, shipping is carried out via DHL, Hermes, or a freight forwarding company. Delivery to Packstations is not possible.

Freight Shipping
All fire pits are shipped by freight forwarding due to their heavy weight. Delivery is made to your home, but only to the curbside. This means that the drivers are not obliged to carry the fire pit into your house.

Germany

We deliver your order conveniently to your home.
For smaller orders shipped by parcel service, we charge €5.99 per parcel.
For bulky goods, shipping costs €19.99.
Pallet deliveries are charged at a flat rate of €49.99 or €79.99 per pallet (depending on the delivery area, volume, or weight).

For orders over €500, shipping is free of charge.
Our standard delivery is to the curbside.
For pallet deliveries, additional costs may apply in certain cases:
Delivery to remote areas or islands: +€35 per shipment
Delivery at a fixed time: +€25 per shipment
Additional delivery attempt after an unsuccessful first delivery: +€45 per attempt
Cancellation after dispatch: +€45 plus the actual transport costs incurred

EU Countries

We also deliver reliably to other EU countries.
For smaller orders shipped by parcel service, we charge €17.99 per parcel.
Pallet deliveries are charged at a flat rate of €99.99 or €149.99 per pallet (depending on the delivery area, volume, or weight).

For orders over €500, we cover the shipping costs for you.
Standard delivery is to the curbside.
For pallet deliveries, the following additional costs may apply:
Delivery to remote areas or islands: +€35 per shipment
Delivery at a fixed time: +€25 per shipment
Additional delivery attempt after an unsuccessful first delivery: +€45 per attempt

Switzerland

We also deliver to Switzerland.
For smaller orders shipped by parcel service, we charge €29.99 per parcel.
Pallet deliveries are charged at a flat rate of €149.99 or €199.99 per pallet (depending on the delivery area, volume, or weight).
The stated prices already include all applicable customs duties and import fees. You as the buyer will not incur any additional charges upon delivery.

Shipping to Other Countries
Shipping to other destinations can be offered upon request.
Please send us an email including the item name, quantity, and delivery address with the respective country and postal code. We will then inform you whether we can deliver to your desired destination and what shipping costs will apply.

Shipping costs can only be determined once items are in the shopping cart.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal and return the goods, we will refund you the full purchase price of the returned products. The return shipping costs shall be borne by you as the buyer. Unless you instruct us otherwise, we will deduct these return costs from the shipping costs already paid for the original delivery, as we will organize the collection of the goods from your location.
