Delivery
Depending on the size of your order (size and weight), delivery will be made by DHL, Hermes or a forwarding agent. Delivery to packing stations is not possible.
Shipping by forwarding agent
All fireplaces are delivered by a forwarding agent due to their heavy weight. Delivery is made to your home, but free kerbside. This means that the shipping company drivers are not obliged to carry the fireplace into your home.
Germany
We deliver your order conveniently to your home.
We charge €5.99 per parcel for smaller parcel orders.
Bulky goods incur shipping costs of €19.99.
Pallet deliveries are charged at a flat rate of €49.99 or €79.99 per pallet (depending on delivery area, volume or weight).
From an order value of €500, shipping is free of charge for you.
Our standard delivery is to the kerbside.
Additional costs may be incurred for pallet deliveries in certain cases:
Delivery to remote areas or islands: +€35 per shipment
Delivery at a fixed time: +€25 per shipment
Additional delivery if first delivery is unsuccessful: +€45 per attempt
Cancellation after shipment: +€45 plus the actual transport costs incurred
Other EU countries
We also deliver reliably to other EU countries.
We charge €17.99 per parcel for smaller parcel orders.
Pallet deliveries are charged at a flat rate of €99.99 or €149.99 per pallet (depending on delivery area, volume or weight).
From an order value of €500, we will pay the shipping costs for you.
Standard delivery is to the kerbside.

Shipping to other countries can be offered on request.
Please send us an email and tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address, with the country and the corresponding zip code. We will then let you know whether we can deliver to the desired country and what shipping costs you can expect.
The shipping costs can only be determined when items are in the shopping cart
If you make use of your right of withdrawal and return the goods, we will refund the full purchase price of the returned products. You as the buyer will bear the return costs incurred. Unless you instruct us otherwise, we will deduct these return costs from the shipping costs already paid for the original delivery, as we will organize the collection of the goods from your premises.
