Elementi grants a warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper service.
What does the warranty cover?
In the event of a warranty claim, Elementi will decide at its own discretion whether to repair or replace the defective product.
Are there any costs for spare parts or replacement?
- No fee is charged for spare parts or replacement.
- The consumer returns the product to the original place of purchase at his own expense.
- The warranty does not cover additional costs such as freight, removal or reinstallation.
Is Elementi liable for consequential damage?
Elementi is not liable for consequential damages and not beyond the purchase price of the affected product.
What damage is excluded from the warranty?
- Damage due to shipping, improper use or discoloration.
- Dents, scratches, fading and natural weathering.
- Minor chipping, weather fading, water discoloration and non-structural hairline cracks.
- Color and texture variations that are common due to the material or finish.
Which typical material characteristics are normal (cast concrete)?
- Variations in the finish; color deviations of up to approx. 15 %.
- Irregular textures or patterns.
- Small surface pores/voids due to trapped air or water during pouring.
How does the warranty process work?
Contact the original place of purchase and return the product there. Elementi will determine the further procedure (repair or replacement).
