Delivery to Packstations is not possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Freight Shipping<\/strong><br \/>\nAll fire pits are shipped by freight forwarding due to their heavy weight. Delivery is made to your home, but only to the curbside. You as the buyer will not incur any additional charges upon delivery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shipping to Other Countries<\/strong><br \/>\nShipping to other destinations can be offered upon request.<br \/>\nPlease send us an email including the item name, quantity, and delivery address with the respective country and postal code. We will then inform you whether we can deliver to your desired destination and what shipping costs will apply.<\/p>\n<p>Shipping costs can only be determined once items are in the shopping cart.<\/p>\n<p>If you exercise your right of withdrawal and return the goods, we will refund you the full purchase price of the returned products. The return shipping costs shall be borne by you as the buyer.
